Welcome to StudioGigs.co! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StudioGigs.co website and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Account Registration:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on StudioGigs.co.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct:
You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to copyright infringement or fraud.
Service Fees:
StudioGigs.co may charge fees 10% success fee and Fixed $8 fee from Buyers and Sellers up on completion of the Gig. By using these features or services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on the platform.
Content:
You retain ownership of any content you upload, post, or share on StudioGigs.co. However, by submitting content, you grant StudioGigs.co a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, (excluding any form of voice cloning) publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may not upload, post, or share content that infringes upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the New Zealand Law & Justics
You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
Limitation of Liability:
StudioGigs.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Termination:
StudioGigs.co reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.
Changes to Terms:
StudioGigs.co may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the platform.
Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
